The INEC Returning Officer for Omuma State Constituency in Rivers State, Nigeria, Dr Badi has declared Mr Kelechi Godspower Nwogu as duly elected to represent Omuma State Constituency at the Rivers State House of Assembly.
Kelechi Godspower Nwogu polled 5568 to defeat Anyanwu Leo of the APC who scored 3241 votes
