Movies Review:My Top 10 Nollywood Movie for Dec. 2015'- February, 2016

In no particular order, these are my top ten Nigerian movies released on you tube from December 2015 - February, that are guaranteed a must watch. I really enjoyed seeing the movies with unique backgrounds and different genres.They are readily available on You Tube through different uploads.

1. Clash of Billionaire Wives
Starring: Angela Okorie, Solomone Akiyesi, Kay Samuel, Browny Igboegwu,

Synopsis: movie will lots of intrigues and suspense as the wives of the billionaires puts up a big challenge between each other, causing chaos in the city.

2. My Mother s Hope
Starring: Uche Odoputa, Ifeanyi Azodo, Sochima Ezeoke, Uchechukwu Nnolim, Nazom Ekezie

SYNOPSIS: The desire for a grand child led a mother into bringing a second wife for her son against his wish to bare him a child, can the love both couples have for each other stand the pressure coming from his mother.

3. Marriage Course
Starring: Yul Edochie, Walter Anga, Chacha Eke-Faan, Rachael Okonkwo

Synopsis: t's a story of wounded hearts in this thriller as three wives undergo the harshest treatment ever in the hands of their husbands. Three friends, three marriages with different challenges. Dan is insecure which led him into abusing his wife physically and emotionally, Chucks is a loving husband whose wife zara keeps having miscarriage constantly, And Ken on the order hand got hooked and married to a local girl.

4. Aremu the Principal
Starring: Kate Henshaw, Queen Nwokoye, Hafeez Oyetoro, Ekenta Lilian Adaora

SYNOPSIS: A School principal, became a threat to his own household. Where his 2 wives quarrel and struggle for his attention while his daughter gets molested by Aremu s friend.

5. Value your Husband
Starring: Chacha Eke, Richael Okonkwu, Ken Erics, e.t.c

Synopsis: A man got married to a lady whom he truely love as destiny designed for him, unknown to him that girl has no atom of love for him and trys to use her friend to lay off the man out of her life but her friend truely love the man before she could realize her mistakes it was too late.

6. My Daughter s Blood

Starring: Ken Erics Ugo, Chizzy Alichi, Nkechi Nnaji, Sussan Pwajok and ThankGod Anozie K

Set in the rural area is this compelling and suspenseful movie that will keep you at the edge. The joy which suddenly went into oblivion in the house of Aneke(Ken Erics Ugo) a famous hunter and his only daughter Akwaugo (Sussan Pwajok) at death of his beautiful wife, soon came back to his family upon the arrival of his new wife Ugomma (Chizzy Alichi)who immediately assumes the role of a mother to Akwaugo. Unknown to Ugomma the new wife, is the strange evil torment which she is soon to experience in her new home. A once happy family of Aneke soon begins to tear apart with all fingers pointing at only person; this person apparently is bent on ruining Ugomma’s happiness in the family.


7. Maiden of the gods

Synopsis: Evil and jealousy rule the heart of a once loving Queen that it leads the land into misery. The revelation of hideous secrets that could salvage the land rests in some chosen maidens.

8. The Shy Village Girl and Foreigners
Starring: Chinyere Winfred, Harry B, Zubby Micheals, Chineye Uba

Synopsis: They have been away from their home for years and claim to be rich but they are as poor as church rats, but that can only deceive the villagers 

9. Stubborn Beans
Starring: Queen Nwokoye, Remy Ohajianya, Chacha Eke Faani 

Synopsis: A man's decision to re-marry puts his children on the edge and constantly causes a feud. His daughters, who blame him for the death of their mother, are advised by a misleading friend to create chaos, and make life unbearable. But nemesis soon catches up when he makes a controversial choice of bride

10. From Poverty to Wealth
Starring Ngozi Ezeonu, Patience ozokwor, Mike Ezuruonye

A story of two mothers who will go to any length to see that their children do not suffer abject poverty, but what happens when their efforts starts yielding undesired results.
