The Rock and Kelvin Hart to Host MTV Movie Awards

Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart prep to host the 2016
Comedian Kelvin Hart and Actor/ Wrestler Dwanye Johnson aka the Rock are set to host 2016 MTV Movie Awards, Sunday 10th April at 8pm. The theme for the awards are Big, Brown and Tremendous. Star Wars is leading MTV Movie Awards with 11 nominations. We expect lots of hilarious comedy jokes from Kelvin and the Rock. Other things to expect are:

'Fantastic Beasts' is coming
Harry Potter fans, rejoice! Newt Scamander himself (aka Eddie Redmayne) will be debuting a sneak peek of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them(but grab your Butterbeer, it's not out until Nov. 18). If you somehow haven’t heard anything about the prequel, here’s what you need to know. Redmayne plays a magizoologist (yes, he was at Hogwarts, and, yes, he was a Hufflepuff) who searches for the world’s most magical creatures and stores them in his magical suitcase. But on a trip to New York in 1926, rare creatures escape his valise, and, um, this is very bad indeed. Colin Farrell co-stars, and we are already obsessed.
Fantastic stars are, too
Will Smith will be in the house receiving the Generation Award, and Olivia Munn, Gigi Hadid, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron (and his abs), Kendrick Lamar and Jessica Chastain will be there, too. For extra fun, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne and Jared Leto will be on hand for a sneak peek of Suicide Squad (in theaters Aug. 5).
The MTV Movie Awards can rent a car now
That’s right, the awards show is turning 25! How will it celebrate? By moving the show outside to the Warner Bros. Studios, come rain or shine (and, well, rain is forecast). Also, this year for the first time the awards show is taping a day early. So expect lots o’ Twitter chatter before it actually airs Sunday. Some of the entertainment we'll be celebrating: Star Wars: The Force Awakens (it has 11 nominations, the most of any movie), non-fiction (MTV added new categories for "documentary" and "true story"), big-screen fights and kisses (Will the Deadpool makeout triumph over Fifty Shades of Grey's kink?).
 We’re getting songs, right?
Ariana Grande is bringing her 'Dangerous Woman' to
Yes! Ariana Grande and Halsey are both set to perform. Grande is performingDangerous Woman, and Halsey is debutingCastle, her single off The Huntsman: Winter’s War soundtrack.
