
The ingredients include, diced pineapple, coloured peppers, Diced onion, Left over Ranee Parboiled rice, Smoked sausage(choma sausage)
Chili flakes(optional), tumeric powder, curry powder, raisins

Add little oil to a hot pan to fry the sausages.

cook the sausage on high heat until its brown on the outside

Set aside to use them later.

Add the onions and coloured peppers to the hot pan/pot, cook for 1 minute until its soft

Add curry powder to taste as well as tumeric powder, give a quick stir and cook for a few seconds

Add chilli pepper if you like hot and spicy food.

Then add parboiled rice

Stir into the peppers and allow the rice to stem for a while

Add sausage meat and stir

Add diced pineapple

And raisins for sweetness and extra texture

Give everything a good stir taking care the rice doesn't burn.

The meal is ready when hot and the flavours are intergrated to the rice.
